About the Internship
This internship is structured for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in litigation through sustained, hands-on engagement. Interns will not be limited to observational work and will be expected to actively contribute to ongoing matters and internal processes.
Eligibility
Law students who are serious about pursuing litigation and are looking for long-term, practical exposure. The candidate should be based in Jaipur or willing to work from Jaipur for the duration of the internship.
Work Profile
The role involves legal research, drafting assistance, case preparation, and supporting ongoing matters before forums such as NCLT and other authorities. Interns will gain exposure to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Law, Contract Law, Arbitration, RERA, and PMLA.
